About Us

Tice Valley Post Acute is a 120-bed nursing facility located in Walnut Creek in the state of California.

Our Mission

Our mission at Tice Valley Post Acute is for all our patients to achieve their highest level of independence possible. We help them achieve this through skilled nursing, rehab & therapy, and specialized care, and we customize care plans for each resident to suit their needs specifically. In addition, we work hard to make our nursing facility a comfortable, relaxing, and safe environment so that our patients can enjoy their free time between care programs. We provide activities, common areas, comfortable personal rooms, and high-quality dining, all centered around the health and recovery of our patients.
